Managing registrations
Review, approve, waitlist or decline registrations – one at a time or many at once.
Once your bazaar is published, the registrations start coming in. In the Registrations area you decide who takes part. You reach it from Manage bazaar in the Preparation phase.
Understanding the list
At the top you see how many registrations are still open. Every entry carries a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Requested | Waiting for your decision. |
| Approved | May take part and list articles. |
| Waitlisted | Moves up when a place becomes free. |
| Declined | Is not taking part. |
| Cancelled | The person withdrew themselves. |
On top of that come markers that make deciding easier: Wants to help for offered help and Fast lane for a premium registration.
Search, filter, sort
- Search registrations – by name or email.
- Filter and sort – filter by status and sort by Newest first, Oldest first, Name (A–Z) or Status. Apply with Show or start over with Reset.
Deciding a registration
Tap an entry to see the details: when it was requested, the desired role and the history so far.
| Action | Effect |
|---|---|
| Approve | The person may take part and assign articles. |
| Move to waitlist | The person moves up when a place becomes free. |
| Decline | The person is not taking part. |
| Withdraw approval | Takes back an approval already given. |
Giving a reason when declining
When declining you can add a reason – e.g. “The bazaar is unfortunately already full.” It is optional, but it saves you the follow-up questions.
Many registrations at once
With 80 registrations you don’t want to tap 80 times.
- Tap Select.
- Pick the entries you want – or use Select all. The counter “… of …” runs along at the top.
- Choose the action. When declining you can give one shared reason for all of them.
Writing straight from a registration
Got a question? You don’t need a phone number: in the detail view Write a message takes you straight into a private conversation with that person. If one already exists it says Open conversation together with the number of unread messages. More under Messages & moderation.
What happens next
Approved sellers automatically appear in the goods receipt list and can assign their articles to the bazaar and print labels.
