Getting started as an organizer
Getting started as an organizer: create an organization and set MukiBasar up for your association.
Would you like to plan and run your own bazaar? Then you create an organization in MukiBasar – that is your association or organizer, and all your bazaars belong to it.
Choosing the “organize” role
The first time you sign in, the app asks “How would you like to use MukiBasar?”. Choose:
- I want to organize – “Run bazaars and manage an organization”.
Creating an organization
You start the process from the “My organizations” card on the overview (or via Organizations in the menu) and tap Create organization.
- Organization name – at least 2, at most 100 characters.
- URL slug – derived automatically from the name, but adjustable. Lower-case letters, digits and hyphens only (at least 3 characters). The app checks immediately whether the slug is still free.
- Description (optional, max. 500 characters) – “Who are you? What makes your organization special?”.
- Confirm the data processing agreement – tick “On behalf of this organisation I conclude the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with MukiBasar.”
- Check the details and tap Create organization.
You will then see “Organization created!”.
Your organization overview
After creating it you land in your organization’s detail view. Here you will find:
- Key figures – the number of members, bazaars and articles.
- Bazaars – the list of your bazaars (draft, published, archived) with the Create bazaar button.
- Members and pending invitations.
- Billing – your billing model.
- Settings and the handle-with-care zone (leave/delete).
The next steps
- Set up billing
- Create a bazaar
- Manage the bazaar – registrations, tills, goods receipt, settlement
