Manage your organization

Manage your organization: invite members and assign roles (admin, member).

In your organization’s detail view you manage your team, your settings and the organization itself. Right at the top you see the key figures members, bazaars and articles.

Members & roles

The Members area shows everyone who belongs to the organization. Every member has a role:

• Admin – can create/publish bazaars and manage the organization.
• Member – part of the team without admin rights.

Tap a member to change their role (Save role) or to remove them.

Inviting members

Open invitations appear under Pending invitations. An invitation that has not been accepted yet can be revoked there.

Settings

Under Settings you will find:

• Edit organization – change the name, slug, description and the contact email.

Contact email: your reply address

MukiBasar sends approvals, declines, receipt confirmations and reminders automatically. So that replies to them reach you, enter one of your association’s addresses under Contact email (e.g. contact@your-organisation.org).

Data processing agreement (DPA)

Because MukiBasar processes personal data – of sellers, for instance – on behalf of your organization, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is required. You conclude it right in the app: read the text, tick the box, Conclude agreement.

Handle-with-care zone

Right at the bottom you will find two actions:

• Leave organization – you lose access to bazaars and articles. Afterwards you can only rejoin through a new invitation.
• Delete organization – removes the organization and all memberships permanently.
