Your sales figures

Follow along live: what sold, revenue, fees, the expected payout and how you compare with others.

You don’t have to wait until the evening to know how it’s going. As soon as selling starts, the bazaar detail page shows under Sales what has gone – updating while you watch.

What you see

FigureMeaning
… of … soldHow many of your assigned items are sold.
RevenueWhat your sold items brought in.
Latest: …The most recently sold item.
FeesWhat the association retains from it.
Payout approx. What is likely to be left for you.

At the top you see which state the bazaar is in: live, finished or Bazaar archived.

Before selling starts

If your goods are handed in but selling has not started yet, you see “… items received” and “Sale starts …”.

After the bazaar

Once selling has finished, the app adds the analysis:

  • … items coming back – what you collect again.
  • Sold Ø and Unsold Ø – the average prices of your sold and your leftover pieces. If they are far apart, the app tells you: “Your pricier items came back more often.”
  • What sold well – which categories moved.
  • Bazaar-typical: … % sold – the rate of the other sellers at this bazaar, for comparison.

Once the bazaar is archived the app reports “Unsold items are back in your inventory.” – you can assign the leftovers straight to the next bazaar.

Looking at individual items

View all … items takes you to the list of your assigned items. In My things you can also filter by Sold at any time.

And the payout?

The amount is paid out by the association – usually in an envelope on bazaar day. It rests on the same figures: the association prints its settlement from them.
