Preparing & handing in
The checklist before the bazaar: print the item list and crate label, hand in your goods and know what gets locked afterwards.
Shortly before the bazaar only one thing counts: that you turn up on hand-in day with the right paperwork. The app walks you through a small checklist for exactly that.
The preparation checklist
The bazaar detail page shows the Bazaar prep area with three steps and your progress (“… of 3 done”):
- Add items – create your things and assign them to the bazaar.
- Print item list – the document you hand over at the desk.
- Bring to drop-off – hand in list and goods on the day.
A countdown runs alongside: “… days until drop-off”, “Drop-off is tomorrow” or “Drop-off is today”.
What you can print
Tap Print item list to open the print area. Three documents sit there:

After printing, a document is marked Printed.
The reminder
While something is still open, the app reminds you on the bazaar page:

| All printed | Your list is up to date. Bring it along. |
Signing the item list
Besides your items, the item list carries your contact details, your seller number, the total and the organizer’s terms – on liability, on random spot checks and on the fees being retained. At the bottom there is space for place, date and your signature.
At the goods receipt
On hand-in day the team scans your crate label or enters your seller number and confirms the hand-in. Afterwards:
- you get a confirmation by email;
- the bazaar page shows the badge Received;
- the preparation is done – the checklist disappears.
What is locked after handing in
That is on purpose: only that way does the price on the label match what the till charges. So check your prices before you hand in.
