Register for a bazaar

Found a bazaar you would like to take part in? Then you register directly on its detail page. The action bar at the bottom always shows what is possible next.

Starting the registration

While registration is open, the action bar reads “Register”. Tap it to open the registration sheet.

Your role is seller – “List and sell your own articles.”
Optional: tick “I would like to help out” if you want to lend a hand at the bazaar.
Check your fees under “What this choice costs you”.
Tap Register.

You will then see “Registration received!”. Tap Got it.

Helping out

If you tick “I would like to help out”, you declare that you are willing to help. The association assigns your task and shift later.

Understanding your fees

In the “Your fees” summary every item is listed individually – transparently and without hidden costs. Possible items:

Fee	Meaning
Participation fee	A fixed amount for taking part.
Commission on revenue	A share of your sales.
Per-article fee	An amount per listed article.
Tiered fee	A fee depending on a threshold.
Premium fast lane	Surcharge for the premium option (see below).

If a fee says “waived”, you do not pay it thanks to your role. If there are no fees at all, taking part is free of charge.

Premium fast lane

Some bazaars offer a premium fast lane:

It guarantees you a place, even if the bazaar fills up.
Your registration is reviewed with priority.

If only early registration is open, only fast lane registration is possible. The action bar then reads “Buy fast lane”.

When the bazaar is full: the waiting list

If all places are taken, it depends on the organizer:

Waiting list enabled: the action bar reads “Join waiting list”. After joining you see “On the waiting list!” and your position (e.g. “Position 3 on the waiting list”).
No waiting list: you see “Fully booked” – registration is currently not possible.

What the action bar tells you

The button at the bottom always adapts to your status:

Label	Meaning
Registration opens on …	Registration has not opened yet.
Register	You can register now.
Buy fast lane	Only early registration with a premium ticket is possible.
Join waiting list	All places taken, waiting list open.
Fully booked	Full, no waiting list.
Registration closed	The registration period has ended.
Withdraw	Your registration is being reviewed (“Requested”).
Manage articles	You are approved – add your articles now.
Leave waiting list	You are on the waiting list.
Contact organization	Your registration was declined.
Register again	You withdrew and can register again.

What happens after registering?

Your registration is reviewed first (status “Requested”). As soon as the association approves you, you can add articles.
