Your participation
Manage your participation: goods receipt, selling times, fees and the article counter at a glance.
As soon as the association has approved your registration, the bazaar detail page shows the “You’re in! 🎉” area. This is where you manage your participation.
What the participation area shows you
- Registration confirmed and your role (e.g. “As a seller”).
- Goods receipt – when you hand in your things.
- Sale – when the bazaar takes place.
- Your fees – the summary for this bazaar.
- Your article counter, e.g. “12 of 50 articles”, “3 left” or “Maximum reached”.
Assigning articles to this bazaar
Tap Manage articles. Then choose a mode at the top:
“Select” mode
Here you pick from the articles you already created (My things):
- Search by name or article number or filter by category.
- Tap the articles you want (or Select all).
- Tap “Add … articles”.
Articles already in this bazaar are marked as “already added”; articles in another bazaar as “in another bazaar”. No articles yet? Then tap Create article.
“Scan” mode
You can also add articles via their printed label:
- Tap Scan and allow camera access.
- Point the camera at a MukiBasar label (the QR code).
- On success the app reports “… added”.
While scanning, the app checks automatically and tells you clearly when something does not fit:
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| … added | All good, the article is in. |
| … has already been added | The article is already in this bazaar. |
| This article is already in another bazaar | Remove it there first. |
| Label €… , currently €… – please reprint | Price on the label ≠ price in the app. |
| Overall limit reached | You have reached the maximum number of articles. |
| Limit for … reached | This category’s limit is full. |
| Label not recognised | Not a valid MukiBasar label. |
Keeping an eye on the limits
In the participation area you can see per category how much room is left, e.g. “Toys 8 / 10” or “Clothing 10 / 10 — full”. That way you always know what you can still add.
After handing in: everything locked
As soon as your crate has been confirmed at the goods receipt, the area changes: instead of the preparation steps it shows the badge Received with the note “Your items were received at drop-off and are now locked.”
After a sale
When one of your articles is sold, you get the notification “Article sold”. In My things the Sold filter shows you what has already gone.
During the bazaar the Sales area shows you continuously what has sold and what is likely to be paid out – see Your sales figures.
