My things
Create and manage articles: name, price, category, size and colour in “My things”.
Under My things you create all the articles you would like to sell. This works independently of any particular bazaar – your articles belong to you and you assign them to a bazaar later.
Creating an article
Tap the plus button and choose Add article.
- Article name (required) – e.g. “Winter jacket size 116”.
- Price (EUR) – set the price with the − and + buttons.
- Category – choose the matching category.
- Optional: size (e.g. “116” or “M”) and colour (e.g. “blue”).
- Tap Save.
You only have to fill in the required fields – details like size and colour can be added later.
Article number
Every article automatically receives an article number (e.g. “No. 12”). You do not have to assign it yourself – it is generated for you and helps you find articles again and appears on the label.
Searching, filtering & sorting
At the top of the list you will find:

Search – tap “Search articles…” and search by name, size or colour.

Filter Shows All All your articles Unassigned Articles not yet assigned to a bazaar Sold Articles already sold -
Sorting – newest/oldest first, price ascending/descending, name A–Z.
Editing or deleting articles
- Editing: tap an article. Changes are saved immediately.
- Deleting: choose Delete on an article.
When an article is locked
Not every article can be changed at any time. The app tells you where you stand when you open it:

| Part of a bazaar | Changing is allowed – but print the label again afterwards, because the till charges the price printed on it. |
| Received at the bazaar | Your crate has been handed over: changing and deleting are no longer possible. |
| Sold | The article is part of your settlement and can no longer be changed or deleted. |
