There are two pricing models for organizers: Flexi at €0.04 per sold article (unlimited articles, events and team members) and Komfort at €149.00 per year including 10,000 sold articles and 3 events – every additional article costs €0.02. All prices include 19% VAT; the offer is aimed exclusively at businesses, associations and public institutions. Signing up is free; costs only arise once your bazaar actually sells something.

At a numbered bazaar every seller receives a fixed number. All articles are labelled with that number and the price, sold centrally through a shared till and settled after the bazaar – so sellers do not have to stand there themselves. MukiBasar digitises exactly this process: from registration through labels to the payout.

The MukiBasar till simply scans the QR codes on the labels with a phone camera – hundreds of scans per minute, even without stable wi-fi. Alternatively you can use a USB or handheld scanner on a computer. Several tills can take payments in parallel so that no long queues build up.

Yes, the till is built for gyms without reception. The first time you open it, it downloads all the bazaar's articles into a database directly on the phone – a progress bar shows the status, and afterwards the header permanently reads “Offline ready ✓”. From that moment everything keeps working without a connection: scanning labels, checking article name and price, calculating totals and change, cancelling receipts. Only the very first opening of a till has to happen online – after that it survives dead spots, closed apps and even a phone restart, because all data stays stored on the device.

They are saved on the phone immediately and collected in a queue. At the top of the till you can always see the status – “Online” or “Offline” – and next to it the number of receipts not yet transferred. Tapping it opens the list with the time and amount of every waiting receipt plus a “Sync now” button. As soon as the device has internet again, the app transfers the receipts automatically in the background and the counter drops to zero. Every receipt carries a unique identifier: even if a transfer breaks off and is repeated, nothing can be booked twice.

The sale goes through anyway – nobody waits at the till for the technology. If an article was created after the download, the phone does not know it offline yet; the till then takes the price from the label and marks the line as unverified. During synchronisation the server assigns the article automatically. Several tills can also take payments in parallel offline – each collects its own receipts and transfers them as soon as it has reception again.

Sellers create their articles in the app under “My things” with name, price, category, size and colour. For every article MukiBasar generates a label with a QR code containing the article and the price. At the till the code is simply scanned – nobody has to relabel anything by hand.

No. MukiBasar runs as a web app straight in the browser at app.mukibasar.de – on iPhone, Android and computers. If you like, you can install it on your home screen as a progressive web app (PWA); updates arrive automatically, without an app store.

Yes. A single sign-up gets you exactly one seller number that can be reused at every MukiBasar event. Labels do not have to be reprinted for the next bazaar.

At the push of a button: MukiBasar automatically calculates revenue, fees and payouts per seller – including finished reports for the organizer. The hours of adding up lists in the evening are gone.

For all sorted or numbered bazaars: children's bazaars and second-hand clothes markets, clothing bazaars, toy and winter sports bazaars – organized by parents' councils, kindergartens, support associations or clubs. Whether small or large: registration, labels, till and settlement all run through one app.

Yes. You can run as many tills at the same time as you like – every phone with a camera becomes a till. That way you spread the rush across several stations and avoid queues.
