How it all began
Eight years ago it all started with a simple thought: why should well-kept children’s clothes, toys or baby equipment gather dust in a cellar or attic when they could still bring joy to other families?
Children grow so fast. Many things are used for only a few months and are often still in excellent condition. That is exactly why we wanted to create a place where these treasures find a new home – sustainably, sensibly and affordably for every family budget.
What began back then with a small group of committed friends has become a fixture of our community today. Twice a year we open the doors of our bazaar, and every time we are delighted anew by the many families, sellers and visitors who fill it with life.

Behind every bazaar day are many hands
Behind every bazaar day are many people who give their time. Our organizing team plans months in advance, helpers pitch in with setting up and taking down, countless cakes are baked and many hands make sure everything runs smoothly. This togetherness is the heart of our bazaar and shows how much can be achieved as a group.
100% for our children
We are especially proud that every single euro of our proceeds goes back 100 per cent to our kindergarten and our school. Over the past years this has made many special experiences and purchases possible – from trips and visits to the forest theatre, puppet theatre in the kindergarten and a visit to the circus, through to the muddy-trousers concert, new games and other projects that benefit the children.
With every piece of clothing sold, every toy and every slice of cake, our community grows a little stronger.
Sustainability, togetherness and a good feeling
Our bazaar stands for sustainability, togetherness and the good feeling of moving something worthwhile together. That we get to welcome so many familiar and new faces every year is the greatest gift for us.
A small idea has turned into a labour of love – for our families, our children and our community. And we are incredibly proud of that. 💖
