Four models are common in practice: an entry fee per seller, a commission as a percentage of the proceeds, an amount per submitted article, and a tiered fee charged per started batch of articles. They can be combined freely.
Multiply the number of sellers by the articles each of them submits to get the total submitted. A share of those sell — that sell-through rate times the average selling price gives the total revenue. The fees then build on revenue and seller count.
There is no fixed answer. More useful than the percentage alone is the share that all fees together take out of the sellers' proceeds. The calculator shows that share for every model, so income and fairness sit side by side.
Either €0.06 per sold article (Flexi) or €199 per year for unlimited articles and events (Komfort). The calculator shows both and marks the cheaper one; from 3,317 articles sold per year Komfort is cheaper.
