Why MukiBasar exists

I have seen for myself how much heart and work goes into a bazaar day. Countless lists, handwritten notes and often long evenings deep into the night. Since I build software, I wanted to help exactly where it makes the biggest difference.

Bazaars run on volunteers

Behind every bazaar are people who give up their free time week after week – alongside work, family and everyday life. They organize, plan and take care of everything so that a successful bazaar can happen in the end.

I only supply the tool. The real work is done by the volunteers. Being a small part of that means a lot to me.

Fair. Transparent. For everyone.

Whether it is a large bazaar in a town hall or a small one in a parish centre – MukiBasar should be within reach for everyone.

Yes, I earn money with it and MukiBasar is a paid product. But at fair, transparent prices that anyone can look up in advance. Because no good idea should fail because of the software.

Your feedback becomes code

Many features came straight out of practice. The live sales figures, for example, because sellers wanted to know what was happening at the till – even when they were not there themselves.

If something is missing or you have an idea, just write to me. I read every message personally, and I answer too.

In the end this is not about software. It is about taking work off volunteers' shoulders and helping as much as possible reach the people it is meant for: the children.
